Shipping Information

Pick-Up

When you can't wait to receive your order, or you want to avoid any additional shipping charges you can pick up your order at no additional cost at our location in San Francisco. We are open at this location Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Standard Shipping:

We ship anywhere in the continental United States via UPS Ground. For standard shipping we offer a flat rate up to 25 lbs.

• Orders shipping within the Pacific Standard Time zone have a flat rate of $15.00
• Orders shipping within the Central Time Zone have a flat rate of $25.00
• Orders shipping within the Eastern Time Zone have a flat rate of $35.00

Expedited, International, and Above Weight limit shipping:

We can ship your packages overnight, second day air, or internationally. For expedited shipping there is a $10.00 handling charge plus the rate UPS charges for shipping. For international packages there is a $75 handling fee plus the UPS rate for shipping.
